New and replacement UPS systems, from design to commissioning.

Battery condition is essential to reliable backup power. Let us assess whether your batteries need testing or replacement.
A modular UPS consists of power modules operating in parallel. With Centiel StratusPower, capacity and redundancy are designed around your site, including future growth.

Start with the capacity your current load requires and add modules as demand grows, within the capacity of the selected cabinet. This allows you to invest in stages.
An N+1 configuration includes one additional power module. If one module goes offline, the remaining modules can still supply the design load.
StratusPower's replaceable power modules simplify maintenance. With sufficient capacity and redundancy, a module can be replaced without interrupting power to the load.
Let us build a maintenance package around your site. We will assess preventive maintenance, battery condition and the support you need.
Maintenance measurements identify a deteriorating battery. Replacement can be planned before the batteries are needed during a power outage.
Maintenance is scheduled during a planned production break. The UPS and batteries are checked before the next operating period.
Battery replacement recommended in a condition report can be included in next year's budget and carried out at an agreed time.
An inspection confirms that the UPS can remain in service by replacing worn components. Replaced batteries are sent for appropriate recycling.
A connection found to be overheating during maintenance is recorded in the report. A safe repair is planned and the work is documented.

UPS Tech Oy was founded in 2014 by three UPS professionals with a shared idea: to offer personal service and take responsibility for the entire delivery and service process. Decades of experience at an international company gave the founders a strong foundation of expertise. Today, the company is led by Teemu Pihlajavuo and Marko Kulmala.
From the outset, our approach has been to carry out the work ourselves, with our own people and equipment. Alongside the products, we provide the tools, expertise and personnel needed for installation and maintenance. This means we know our customers' systems and take responsibility for the quality of our work.
We review your site, current system and objectives.
We match equipment and services to your needs and provide a clear proposal.
We agree on delivery, commissioning and ongoing maintenance.
Let us start with an assessment. Tell us which equipment you need to protect and the environment it operates in.
We service several UPS brands. Tell us the manufacturer and model so we can find a suitable maintenance solution.
The scope is agreed for each site. Together, we review your requirements for preventive maintenance, battery testing, monitoring and support.
A useful starting point is a list of the equipment to protect, its power requirements and the required backup time. Installation space, electrical connections and future expansion also affect the choice. If you do not have this information yet, we can work it out together.
Backup time depends on the protected load and the capacity and condition of the batteries. It is sized for the application, whether for a controlled shutdown or continued operation until another backup source starts. A UPS kVA rating alone does not indicate its backup time.
A modular UPS is particularly suitable where power demand may grow or flexible maintenance is important. Capacity can be added using power modules within the system's limits. Redundancy is designed for the site, allowing for one module to be taken out of service.
In many cases, batteries can be replaced separately. We first assess the UPS condition and age, compatible batteries and spare parts availability. This helps determine whether battery replacement or a new system is the better option.
Replacement needs are assessed using battery age, operating conditions, alarms and test results. Reduced backup time may indicate deteriorating batteries. Normal UPS operation on mains power alone does not confirm battery performance during an outage.
Maintenance intervals depend on manufacturer guidance, equipment age, operating conditions and how critical the site is. Preventive maintenance and battery condition checks should be planned in advance. A site-specific maintenance plan also helps anticipate battery and component replacements.
Any interruption depends on the system design, bypass arrangements, redundancy and the work required. The maintenance method and its impact on power supply are assessed in advance. If an outage is needed, its timing is agreed before work begins.
Tell us about your site or existing system. Together, we can determine how to improve its power protection.
